Fat grafting or liposculpture is used to modelling the part of body by own fat.
Through the technique of fat transfer, live fat cells can be transferred from unwanted areas to areas that are deficient. Fat is meticulously removed from the abdominal area, thighs or back. After special preparation, fat is then injected into the desired areas.
Depends on the amount of the fat it can be used for: lips augmentation, facial volumetric, breast or buttocks englargement.
After surgery patient may experience small hematoma, bruises, wound infection which may appear at the site of transferring.
Before the surgery:
Basic blood tests: morphology, creatinine, blood coagulation index, prothrombin index, ecg (electrocardiogram), blood type
Type of anaesthesia: local or general
Recovery time: removal of the stitches after 7- 10 days from the treatment, wearing special post- surgery garment for 1-2 months, swelling and bruises persist for about 5-6 days.
Scars: small point scars.
Depends on the type of anaesthesia , patient will stay overnight in the clinic or only few hours after treatment.
